Welcome to Olio Scandola! We invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") that govern the access and use of our e-commerce website, as well as the purchase of products through our service.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Olio Scandola products offered through the website www.olio-scandola.it (hereinafter "Site"), owned by Azienda Agricola Perbellini Cristina, with headquarters in Località Ceriel 96, Cavaion Veronese (VR), VAT number 02510230234. By accessing our Site and purchasing our products and services, you fully accept these Terms.
2. Definitions
“Customer”: any natural or legal person who places an order on our Site.
"Products": the items for sale, including but not limited to various types of extra virgin olive oil and accessories.
"Sales Contract": the contract stipulated between Olio Scandola and the Customer for the sale of the Products.
3. Acceptance of the Conditions
Access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use our Site.
4. Purchase Procedure
4.1. Registration: To make a purchase, the Customer can proceed as a "guest" or create an account. Registration is optional, but it allows to simplify future transactions.
4.2. Product Selection: The Customer can choose the desired Products, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout.
4.3. Order Confirmation: The order is considered concluded when the Customer receives a confirmation via email, after completing the payment.
5. Prices and Availability
5.1. Prices: The prices indicated on the Site are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are separate and indicated before order confirmation.
5.2. Availability: The Products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of a product, the Customer will be promptly informed and the order may be modified or cancelled.
6. Payment Methods
Olio Scandola accepts various payment methods, including:

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. In case of non-payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1. Shipping times: Olio Scandola undertakes to ship orders within 3 working days from order confirmation, barring unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
7.2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. The exact costs are shown at checkout.
7.3. Responsibility during shipping: Olio Scandola assumes no responsibility for damage or loss during transport. However, in the event of obvious damage upon delivery, we invite the Customer to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact our customer service.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Applicable law and withdrawal methods: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, provided that the order has not already been shipped. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of these products as food goods susceptible to perishability. by sending a written communication to Olio Scandola at the email address [email@olioscandola.it] or through the withdrawal form available on the Site.
As regards the booking of Experiences from our page, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of confirmation, provided that the date of the booked Experience is not within the following 30 days. The experience can be cancelled by communicating it promptly via email to olioscandola@gmail.com , if and only if the cancellation occurs within 30 days from the date of the experience, the entire amount will be refunded, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
8.2. Refund for food products: In the event that the Products arrive damaged and once the actual damage has been assessed, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the complaint, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
8.3. Experience Refund: Experiences are 100% refundable up to 30 days before the agreed date of the experience, after this deadline they are no longer refundable.
9. Privacy
Olio Scandola processes the Customer's personal data in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitations of Liability
Olio Scandola will not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the Products or from events beyond our control, such as technical failures, delays in deliveries by couriers, or errors in payment.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Olio Scandola reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. It is the Customer's responsibility to periodically consult the Terms to be updated on the modifications.
12. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the competent court will be that of Verona.
